Why is Jay Electronica on this list??? He HAS, and DOES consistently put out quality music each time he puts out music, or is featured even though that's a rare event, but makes no sense to put him on a list with others that have failed at times to put out consistent quality music, and live up to being great rappers. Could you imagine if the roles were reversed? If it was a white comedian who said all those things about black people?
